In everything I have read, the stmptoms are very similar. One of the only differences I have seen is that low back pain is not usually listed as a symptom of IBS.

With IBS constipation and diarrhea are the dominant factors. There may be pain butprobablyy not a whole lot and it will be around your stomach area. Constipation and diarrhea are not that common for ovarian cancer. If you are concerned about having either of the two I would see a doctor very soon.
