The cells that line the ovary (ovarian epithelium) are the same as those that line the peritoneal cavity (coelomic epithelium). Therefore, even if both ovaries are completely removed, a woman can still get a disease that is for all intents and purposes ovarian cancer- they get exactly the same disease presentation and symptoms without an ovarian mass, and it is treated the same.

No, it’s not possible. Without an ovary, you cannot get cancer there. But as someone said before me, if the cancer spreads before it get’s removed, then yes, but that’s not likely as the doctors would have noticed that.
If the cancer cells have spread from the ovaries to another part of the body before the ovaries were removed, then it would be possible for them to have cancer.
