How Risky Of A Surgery Is A Full Hysterectomy For A Middle Aged Woman With Ovarian Cancer?

It is far less risky than not having the surgery. That is all that matters.

The same as any other surgery like that. The risk out weighs the result if you don`t have it. My wife had it and she says it was worth the risk considering what she`ld have to go through if she didn`t have it.

It has risks, as do any major surgeries. I think the only thing you would really have to worry about is if after both ovaries are removed, that the cancer does not spread to other regions of your body.
