Not clear what the extra comment means but…
There is no reason sex is routinely prohibited with ovarian cancer, except for possible a few weeks after the surgery when all is healing up (or unless there was cervical or vaginal involvement). Your surgeon would have specific instructions about that, so ask him/her.
