My grandmother just got diagnosed with the most aggressive type. The doctors believe they got most of it out through an operation, and they caught it in the early stages.

Would appreciate it if you could provide sources to accompany your responses. Also, would appreciate hearing stories of recovery. I have a friend who is going in for surgery on Thursday to remove a large (soccer ball sized) tumour. How common is this size of tumour? What are her chances?

In everything I have read, the stmptoms are very similar. One of the only differences I have seen is that low back pain is not usually listed as a symptom of IBS.

I have to have one next week because of abnormal tissues in my lab results. Im way scared, as I have never dealt with something of this nature.

How can I tell if I have any of the symptoms or if I am just over-analyzing?

and when they eat do they get indigestion like chest pain, and gas from up stairs, and irregular periods, and bloating? I need to know for private information which I will not discuss on here. I have not started my period for almost 4 months now. Lately, I have been gaining more weight (I eat and exercise good). I have also been having really really bad lower back pains. I have had to stop what I have been doing and they have bee nso bad that I have actually been knocked to the ground and have had my mom help me into the house. I will be sitting down not moving or anything and I have had really bad back pains. I have also been getting dizzy and nausous lately. It sometimes feels like the room is spinning, it doesn’t happen that often maybe two or three times a week.
My question is this a sign of cancer or is this normal?

Im 18 years old, and ovarian runs on my dad’s side. His grandma, aunt, and cousin died from it. My grandma got it but got her ovaries out in time. Im scared i might get it. I have a couple of the symptoms. Should i be worried about it?

besides the obvious….My sons Faience has ovarian cancer and seems to want to put treatment off until after the wedding Not sure but it seems that way.
How cn I advise her?
